Hi, my name is Kathleen! I’m a passionate physical therapist with over 16 years of experience treating a wide variety of orthopedic, pelvic and neurological conditions. I value an integrative and highly personalized approach to rehabilitation and health.

In addition to working with patients dealing with orthopedic and neurologic ailments, I have extensive experience supporting clients during pregnancy and postpartum, whether it’s addressing symptoms of prolapse, pain, leakage, or needing guidance in returning to fitness/life safely. I'm a certified pregnancy and postpartum exercise specialist and additionally am certified through the Integrative Women’s Health Institute. As a parent myself, I understand the barriers to prioritizing our own health and offer a non-judgmental and supportive environment.
