My name is Dr. Emily Reul, PT, DPT and I am a licensed physical therapist. I grew up in Southern California and moved to Carrollton, GA where I received by B.S. in Biology at the University of West Georgia. I then moved to Tampa, FL where I earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University. I have worked as a physical therapist in outpatient orthopedics, in the hospital, and in skilled nursing facilities. I have taken several courses on pelvic health and pregnancy/postpartum through the Academy of Pelvic Health.
I played volleyball for 11 years, including 4 years at the University of West Georgia. To stay active, I now enjoy running half marathons and going to spin class. I understand first-hand the stress of orthopedic injuries as well as urinary incontinence, and the important role that physical therapy plays in the management of both.
My passion is providing high quality Pelvic Health Physical Therapy and making it more accessible to my patients. I believe firmly in treating the "whole patient" and being an advocate and resource for each and every one of my patients.
