I am a Los Angeles native who went to UCLA for undergraduate studies (Go Bruins!) and USC to earn my Doctorate of Physical Therapy. My journey as a physical therapist has included completing an orthopedic residency program and becoming an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, mentoring students and residents, teaching physical therapy courses, and being a continual learner to refine my physical therapy practice.  

My passion is to help patients achieve their health and wellness goals, and return to the activities they love. I highly value knowing and understanding the person in front of me to develop an individualized approach to care.  I utilize a variety of movement assessments, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, manual techniques and exercises to evaluate and treat. I enjoy working with patients from pediatrics to geriatrics, and all orthopedic diagnoses from head to toe and everything in between.

Life outside of physical therapy revolves around my two kiddos, lots of basketball and trying out new recipes.
